About Us
Hospitality Coaching SD is a resource for local restaurateurs, hoteliers and other hospitality-minded managers. A trained professional (Coach) will come to your location and train your front of house employees on a variety of courses designed to improve restaurant hospitality, service, and revenue. Custom training, designed in collaboration with the Coach and management team, is the preferred method to engage employees and ensure best outcomes. Courses are designed with both lecture and interactive aspects, with pedagogical best practices in mind.
